This group is a 10 week, closed group. Participants must be able to commit to an entire “semester.”
The group is designed to teach social skills to different personality types, particularly children
with social problems. Activities are intended to help children in every aspect of social development as they relate to their peers, their parents and their teachers. Homework will be given at the end of each session. Homework is to be carried out consistently to ensure reinforcement of skills.

WEEK 10: Graduation Party


Starts Spring 2017: It is an 8-week program for 1.5 hours per week

Exercises include: Body Scan; Walking Meditation; Sitting Meditation; Sitting Meditation with Heartfullness; Yoga; Mindful Stopping; Mindful Homework/Test Taking
