We want to help. It's why we got into this field. Our clinicians have varying years of training and experience with a variety of different
psychological and emotional issues. All of this is listed on another page, but on this page, we just want you to know that we see you. Not literally of course, but right now, in this moment, we hope that you can get the gist of a group of professionals who are non-judgmental, accepting, open-minded and curious to get to know you and your situation. We genuinely care, and that's not something that a text book can teach. We practice we what like to call 'mindful therapy' which means that when we are with you, we are fully present, just BEING WITH you. You may learn about self-compassion and how to harness its power for good in your life. You may learn some techniques to help with anxiety and depression. If you like to read, you may get a book recommendation to supplement our sessions. Sometimes, there might be an in-between session assignment such as to watch a Brené Brown video, to learn more about vulnerability and shame. There isn't just one way that therapy looks for everyone, but there is one place that I start. It's COMPASSION.
Currently, we are serving Georgia, Utah and North Carolina. We look forward to hearing from you.
